Make directories and download all files with files i.e. [FileName].csv to a directory using PowerShell and Invoke-WebRequest
I am trying to generate a series of directories and I want to download them all into a single directory. These are provided to me with a file name as in the picture below:
It’s a file of the name ReviseComplete_v2_0_0.txt.
The location of the above directory is provided as a variable, called $input_directory.
I have a directory called $output_directory created that I would like to place all the files within the directory defined by the variable $input_directory.
The following is a PowerShell code that is performing the operation. The output should be a directory structure containing all the files with the name of the files defined by the variable $input_directory. Each file should be downloaded to the $output_directory
The directory is A-Domains. It contains files:
A-Domains_v2_0_0.txt, A-Domains_v2_0_1.txt, A-Domains

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the cryopreservation of semen in liquid nitrogen and fertility in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). In this retrospective case-control study, the data on all IVF cycles in one year (1999) were analyzed. For each cycle, the per cycle FSH dosage, the number of oocytes retrieved, and the number of mature oocytes with > or =4 pronuclei and > or =6-8 fertilized oocytes were recorded. Of the 6943 cycles, we studied 790 cycles in which the patients had cryopreserved semen. These were compared with 868 cycles in which the semen was frozen without prior freezing. In an unadjusted analysis, cryopreserved semen was associated with a higher per cycle FSH dosage, a lower number of oocytes retrieved, and a lower number of mature oocytes with > or =4 pronuclei and > or =6-8 fertilized oocytes. In a multiple logistic regression model (taking into account the clustering of patients per IVF center and the correlation between the FSH dosage and number of mature oocytes) the odd ratios (OR) were 1.21 (95% confidence interval, 0.99-1.47) for per cycle FSH dosage, 0.51 (95% confidence interval, 0.40-0.65) for number of mature oocytes, and 0.61 (95% confidence interval, 0.48-0.79) for number of fertilized oocytes. The cryopreservation of semen in liquid nitrogen is associated with a lower number of oocytes retrieved. However, it has no independent influence on the per cycle FSH dosage and the number of mature oocytes and fertilized oocytes. Thus, if the selection of patients is not
